Martial Arts Gym Generates 391 Leads at $0.82 a Click After a Full Rebrand

They came to us as MG Jiu Jitsu: a brand-new gym with no name recognition, no digital presence, and a story that hadn't been told yet. We built everything from scratch, including a name most people in Coppell hadn't heard before. Here's what happened next.

The One-Minute Video That Sold From Cold Traffic

Client Background

A Brazilian Black Belt With 15 Years of Experience

Matheus Galvao grew up in Teixeira de Freitas, Brazil. He was 12 when his cousins first dragged him into a Jiu Jitsu studio, and from the moment he stepped on the mat, he knew that was it. Fifteen years of competing and coaching followed: tournaments in Brazil and internationally, a black belt earned in 2020, and leadership of a respected BJJ academy known for developing serious competitors.

The gym he wanted to build in Texas wasn't just about technique. Matheus believed Jiu Jitsu was for everyone: kids, adults, complete beginners. His philosophy centered on what he called the Sixth Sense Factor: martial arts doesn't just teach you to defend yourself, it sharpens your instincts and builds quiet confidence.

The problem was, none of that came through in the name MG Jiu Jitsu.

The Challenge

A Powerful Story Trapped Inside a Name That Couldn't Tell It

Matheus had the credentials, the philosophy, and the drive. What he didn't have was a brand that matched any of it. MG Jiu Jitsu was functional, but it said nothing to parents worried about their kids getting bullied, or to adults tired of feeling like easy targets. And the gym was opening in Coppell's Valley Ranch on a tight window: he needed leads, enrollment, and momentum all at once.

1

No Brand Identity

The original name didn't reflect the depth of the story or what made this gym different from dozens of other schools in DFW.

2

No Digital Presence

No website, no ads, no social media. Nothing existed to launch with.

3

Not Enough Time

The launch window was tight and he needed results quickly, not a year-long brand rollout.

Our Approach

Start With a Name That Sells. Build Everything Else Around the Story.

The first thing we did was go back to what Matheus actually believed in: the Sixth Sense Factor. That gut instinct that kicks in when you're calm enough to read a situation and confident enough to act on it. The brand name was sitting right there. We pitched Sixth Sense Martial Arts, he loved it, and everything we built had a real identity to anchor it.

Naming & Rebrand

A complete rebrand from MG Jiu Jitsu to Sixth Sense Martial Arts, built around a concept that sells itself.

What Made It Work

Three Decisions That Launched a Gym and a Brand at the Same Time

The Name Did the Selling

Sixth Sense came from Matheus's own philosophy, so the brand tells his story before a single ad runs.

One Voice, Every Channel

Website, ads, emails, and video all spoke the same language, so every touchpoint reinforced the same story.

Launch Everything at Once

Brand, website, video, and campaigns went live together, so leads arrived on day one instead of after a slow rollout.

The story was always there. It just needed a name that told it.

Launching Something New?

A launch works when the brand, the website, and the campaigns all tell one story from day one. Book a free 30-minute strategy call and we'll build yours.
