Basic maintenance is $150 a month for websites and online stores alike: updates, security, free malware removal, backups on your schedule, speed optimization, a global CDN, and monthly reporting. For websites, Advanced is $250 a month with an hour of design and development included, and Professional is $500 with 4 hours and priority turnaround. For online stores, Advanced is $500 a month with up to 10 product updates, and Professional is $1,000 with up to 25 product updates plus design time. Enterprise covers multiple sites or high-volume catalogs with a custom quote.
Is malware removal really free?
Yes, 100% free on every plan, no matter how bad the infection. The one exception: if your site already has malware when you sign up, that first cleanup is billed at $150 an hour. Once you're clean and covered, removal never costs you again.
How do the backups work?
You choose the schedule: monthly, weekly, or daily, depending on how often your site changes. Stores and busy sites usually want daily; a site that rarely changes is fine on weekly or monthly. If anything ever breaks or gets compromised, we restore from a clean copy.
What can I use the design and development time for?
The updates a living website needs: new graphics and banners, copy edits, seasonal promotions, new sections on existing pages, small layout improvements. You send requests, we handle them within your plan's monthly hours, and bigger projects get quoted separately so your hours stay for the quick wins.
What counts as a product update on the store plans?
Adding a new product or updating an existing one: images, descriptions, pricing, variations, or stock status. Advanced covers up to 10 a month and Professional up to 25, which keeps most catalogs current without you ever logging in.
Do unused hours or product updates roll over?
No, they reset each month, which is what keeps the plans affordable. If you know a big month is coming, tell us and we'll plan for it, and anything beyond your plan is covered at $150 an hour.
