1. Program Description

Lotiva, LLC (“Lotiva,” “we,” “us”) sends SMS text messages to people who opt in through forms on lotiva.com. Messages include appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, replies to your requests, and, where you have separately agreed, occasional updates about our services.

2. How You Opt In

You consent to receive text messages from Lotiva when you provide your mobile number on a form at lotiva.com and check the box agreeing to receive texts, or when you book an appointment and provide your number for appointment-related messages. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity. A typical appointment generates 2 to 4 messages (confirmation and reminders). Recurring updates are only sent if you separately opted in to them.

4. Fees

Message and data rates may apply. These are charged by your mobile carrier, not by Lotiva. Check your mobile plan for details.

5. Opting Out

Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. No further messages will be sent. To rejoin, opt in again through a form on lotiva.com.

7. Supported Carriers

Messages are supported on major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy

Your mobile number and messaging preferences are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile number with third parties for their marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in data is not shared with third parties.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version always lives at this page. Continued participation in the program after changes means you accept the updated terms.
