Common Challenges

Why Google Ads Campaigns Underperform

Google Ads works. What makes it hard is that the platform keeps changing, and campaigns need attention every week to stay pointed in the right direction. These are the patterns we see most often.

icon51 | Lotiva

Broad Targeting

Campaigns reach people who are searching for something close to what you offer, but not close enough to become customers.

icon 54 | Lotiva

Unclear Tracking

Leads come in, but there’s no clear line back to the campaign or keyword that produced them, so the next decision is a guess.

icon 53 | Lotiva

Automation Left Alone

Google’s automated campaign types are strong when they’re guided and expensive when they’re not.

icon 54 | Lotiva

Mismatched Landing Pages

Someone ready to book still comparing options need different pages. Sending both to the same place costs you the first one.

icon 55 | Lotiva

Static Bidding

Auction prices move with the season and the competition. Settings chosen once and left in place stop fitting the market.

icon 56 | Lotiva

Reporting Without Direction

Numbers arrive every month, but they don’t tell you what to do next.

Each one is fixable, and most of them are fixable quickly. That’s where we start.

Paid Search, Explained

What PPC Management Services Include

PPC management services are the ongoing planning, building, and improving of paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising. The work includes keyword research, ad copy, bidding, negative keywords, landing pages, conversion tracking, and reporting, all aimed at reaching the people most likely to become customers.

The important word there is ongoing. Building a campaign takes a week. Managing it well is what happens across the rest of the year, and it’s what separates an account that grows from one that stalls.

Account structure organized around how your customers actually search
Search term review and negative keyword management every week
Ad copy written and tested against real leads
Bids and budgets adjusted as the auction changes
Landing page strategy matched to search intent
Conversion tracking connected to leads and revenue
Clear monthly reporting and a quarterly strategy review
Everything Included

What Your Campaigns Come With

We don’t hold pieces of the work back. If it’s needed to make your Google Ads perform, it’s part of the plan from day one.

icon 61 | Lotiva

Account Audit and Rebuild

We review the structure, the tracking, and the targeting before anything else, so every decision after that rests on something solid.

icon 62 | Lotiva

Keyword and Competitor Research

Real search volume and live auction data decide what we bid on, so your budget goes toward the searches with buyers behind them.

icon 63 | Lotiva

Negative Keyword Management

Reviewed every week. It’s the quiet habit that keeps your budget pointed at people who are ready to act.

icon 64 | Lotiva

Ad Copy and Creative Testing

New copy stays in rotation year-round, measured on the leads it produces rather than the clicks it collects.

icon 65 | Lotiva

Landing Page Strategy

We tell you exactly what each page needs to do, and we can build it. Strong ads and strong pages have to work together.

icon 66 | Lotiva

Conversion Tracking Setup

Calls, forms, chats, and purchases tracked properly, then fed back to Google so the bidding learns what a good lead looks like for you.

icon 67 | Lotiva

Bid Strategy Management

We match the bidding approach to your conversion volume and your goal, and we adjust it when either one changes.

icon 68 | Lotiva

Audiences and Remarketing

Past visitors and existing customer lists are among the most receptive audiences you have. We put them to work.

icon 69 | Lotiva

Reporting and Strategy Calls

A clear monthly summary of what ran, what it produced, and what’s changing next. Written in plain language, every time.

icon 70 | Lotiva

Your Account, in Your Name

You hold the login, the history, and the data. If our work together ever ends, all of it stays with you.

Campaign Coverage

Where Your Ads Show Up

Google offers nine ways to advertise. Most businesses need three or four, and choosing the right ones matters more than running all of them.

icon77 | Lotiva

Search

The clearest signal in advertising. Someone types what they need and you’re there. For service businesses, this is usually where we begin.

icon77 | Lotiva

Shopping

For online stores. Your product feed shapes everything, so we treat it as part of the campaign rather than a technical detail.

icon77 | Lotiva

Performance Max

Strong when it’s guided with clear exclusions and well-built assets. We review placements weekly to keep it aimed where it belongs.

icon77 | Lotiva

Display and Remarketing

Most valuable for reconnecting with people who already visited you and didn’t finish. Familiar faces convert more easily than new ones.

icon77 | Lotiva

Demand Gen

Native-looking placements across YouTube, Discover, and Gmail. A good fit for visual products and considered purchases.

icon77 | Lotiva

Local Services Ads

You pay per lead instead of per click, with the Google Screened badge on your listing. For home services, legal & health practices, it sits above everything else on the page.

icon77 | Lotiva

Microsoft Advertising

A smaller audience with fewer advertisers competing for it. For many businesses, it quietly becomes one of the steadiest lead sources in the account.

icon77 | Lotiva

Google Business Profile

Your map listing and your paid campaigns support each other locally. We keep the profile working so your ads aren’t carrying the full load.

icon77 | Lotiva

YouTube

Useful when people need to understand your offer before they’d ever search for it. Demand you build here makes your search campaigns work harder.

Your action plan will show which of these fit your business, in what order, and which ones we’d leave for later.

Reporting That Tells You What to Do Next

Good reporting answers one question clearly. Which campaigns are bringing you customers you want more of?

To answer that, the tracking has to be built properly. We connect your calls, forms, and sales so every lead traces back to the campaign and keyword behind it, then send those results back into Google. That way the bidding learns from your real customers and goes looking for more people like them.

Call tracking with dynamic numbers, so phone leads are counted and credited
Offline conversion imports, so a closed deal in your CRM teaches Google what quality looks like
Form and chat tracking that records genuine submissions
GA4 configured with events that reflect your business
A monthly look at lead quality alongside lead volume

We report on cost per qualified lead and return on ad spend. Everything else is a diagnostic that helps us get there.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

What are PPC management services?
PPC management services are the ongoing planning, building, and improving of paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising. The work covers keyword research, ad copy, bidding, negative keywords, landing pages, conversion tracking, and reporting, all aimed at reaching the people most likely to become customers.
How much does Google Ads management cost?
Google Ads management is $1,500 a month for accounts spending up to $5K a month on ads, $2,500 for up to $15K, and $5,000 for up to $30K. Every plan is all-inclusive, with a one-time $2,000 setup that’s waived on 12-month terms. Above $30K in monthly spend, plans are structured individually. Full details are on our Google Ads pricing page.
How long before Google Ads produces results?
Traffic begins the day campaigns go live. Useful data takes two to four weeks, and a fair read on performance usually takes 60 to 90 days, because Google’s bidding needs enough conversion history to optimize well. We’ll tell you what we’re seeing at every stage rather than asking you to wait quietly.
What does a PPC manager do?
A PPC manager reviews search term reports and adds negative keywords, watches which ads and landing pages produce leads, adjusts bids and budgets as the auction shifts, confirms conversions are tracking correctly, and writes and tests new ad copy. Most of the value comes from doing that work consistently rather than occasionally.
Do I still need Google Ads if I’m doing SEO?
They do different jobs and they support each other. Ads put you at the top of the page now. SEO earns that position over time and holds it. Paid search also shows you which keywords convert, which tells you exactly what’s worth building organically. Most of our clients run both.
Who owns my Google Ads account?
You do. The account is created in your name or stays in it, and that doesn’t change. Your campaign history, conversion data, and audience lists belong to you, and if our work together ever ends, you keep all of it.
Which campaign types will you run for my business?
That depends on how your customers search and what you sell. Search and remarketing are almost always part of it. Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, Local Services Ads, and Microsoft Advertising come in when they fit. Your action plan will name the ones we’d recommend and the order we’d add them.
Do you work with businesses outside Texas?
Yes. We’re based in Lewisville, Texas, and we manage Google Ads for businesses across the country. What matters is the attention your account receives, not the distance between us.
What’s included in the free 14-day action plan?
A written review of your Google Ads: what’s performing, what’s limiting results, what’s missing, and the order we’d address it in. You’re welcome to keep it and use it however you like, with us or on your own. If we don’t believe we can improve on what you already have, we’ll tell you that too.
